Tea swap
Today I posted 5 letters for tea swap. But I was so upset that two of them had overweight that totally forgot to make photos :(
it is a pity, because they were nice.
But I have photo of two with overweight :)
Hi, Lovely stamps! I had a question...What did you mean by overweight? I guessed you meant that the person sending it put insufficient postage on the envelope. In the states the post office tags the mail with a note and the shortage amount. Is it the same in Russia?
Hello! Yes, the same: the letter less or equal 20g will need stamps for the amount of around 80 cents and the letter of 21-100g costs already 2 dollars!
